·    Registration for the Summer 2008 semester is February 18-22, 2008.  Students must see their academic advisors before registering for their courses for advisement and to acquire a PIN.  The schedule of courses will be available Monday, February 18, 2008 on the following website: http://www2.aamu.edu/scripts/ClassSchedule/SelectClass.asp

       Tuition and Fees are due May 27, 2008     

       Saturday  classes begin May 31, 2008.

.·      Departmental Changes are schedule adjustments that need to be done to a student’s course schedule by a department.  Departmental Changes are denoted on Drop/Add Forms denote the waiver of Drop/Add Fee.  Examples of Departmental Changes are as follows:  student needs to change from one section to another because the class was cancelled, advisor error – a student was advised to take the wrong class, course time was changed, adding a new section because a class was split, or student does not have the required pre-requisites for a course.  Departmental Changes must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the Department.  The deadline for Departmental Changes is Friday, January 18, 2008.

·      Course cancellations due to low enrollment must be submitted to this office no later than Friday, January 18, 2008.   

·      The names of all instructors who have been scheduled to teach classes that are listed as TBA must also be submitted by Friday, January 18, 2008  to the Office of the Registrar.
