ATTENTION GRADUATES:

The Fall Commencement Ceremony will take place in the T.M. Elmore Buidling on December 14, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. 

 Before you can be officially APPROVED to graduate you must fulfill the following requirements:

• You must satisfy all AAMU academic requirements for your major and/or minor. All calls regarding this should be directed to the Academic Advising Coordinator of your school.

School of Engineering – 372-8295

School of Education – 372 – 5024

School of Arts – 372-4928

School of Agriculture – 372-4987

• You must clear up any financial obligations you may have with the University.  All inquiries should be directed to the Business Office in Patton Hall Rm. 105.
• You must completely finish out processing with the Career Services Department.  The Career Services Department is located in Patton Hall Rm.101.
• You must also complete Exit Counseling with the Financial Aid Office.  This can be done online through the AAMU Financial Aid Office website.
