The Alabama A&M University Honors Program

Scholarship - Service - Leadership

The Alabama A&M University Honors Program is comprised of group of very talented, high achieving, and goal oriented individuals selected to lead the student body in a grand display of scholarly prowess.

The Honors Program is dedicated to developing versatile leaders for a dynamically changing workforce and world community. Small classroom settings allow honors students one-on-one interaction with professors. The Honors Program affords the opportunity for exceptional individuals to challenge themselves beyond the standard while coming together as a collective body to improve the university, the community, and the world.

Located at the top of Normal's Hill, behind Buchanan Hall, The honors center provides a home-like environment of guidance and support. Fully-equipped with a library,  media resources, cable TV, and a computer center...it is the perfect place for both studying and intellectualizing. We encourage you to call with questions and comments or to arrange visitation.
