Mission Statement
The mission of the Comptroller's Office is to provide accurate, prompt and courteous business and accounting services to the students, faculty, staff and affiliated parties of the campus community, while safeguarding the University's assets, maintaining the integrity of the accounting system and implementing sound administrative practices within the confines of applicable regulations and guidelines.

About Accounts Payable
The Accounts Payable Department supports the University’s tri-fold mission of instruction, research and outreach. It is the goal of the unit to pay bills and reimburse employees in a timely and accurate manner, while adhering to the University’s policies and state and federal laws.

Policies and Procedures
SUMMARY: Travel Policy—Mileage Reimbursement Rate is now 50.5, effective January 1, 2008. This mileage rate is paid to persons traveling in privately owned vehicles on official business for the university.
