Business and Finance News and Updates
Due to data migration with the Banner Financial Module, the following general year-end provisions will apply to purchase orders and bids charged against university budgets at the end of the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
June 27, 2008
All requests for bid items must be received by the Purchasing Department.
August 15, 2008
The closing date for submitting purchase requests (requisitions) for fiscal year 2007-2008.
Form AAMU-027 must be completed and attached to Bid Requests or Requisitions received after those dates.
