COMPTIA CERTIFICATION TRAINING

CompTIA Certification Courses

 

CompTIA certifications are a renowned credentials all through the IT industry, validating foundation-level IT knowledge and skills.  CompTIA A+ and Network + certification training is specially designed to build the skills you need to get hired or advance in your current career. At the end of each course, the student will receive a certificate of completion. Student is responsible for their own certification costs.

 

A +

 

Description: CompTIA A+ certification validates the skills expected of an entry-level computer technician. The successful A+ candidate has obtained knowledge and skills necessary to competently install, build, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair PC compatible hardware and PC operating systems. These skills also include troubleshooting basic network and Internet connectivity, dial-up, DSL, and cable. With more than 500,000 certificates issued to date, A+ certification is recognized as the industry-standard certification for technical support job roles.

 

To earn the A+ certification, student must purchase and successfully  pass the following exams CompTIA A+ Essentials and one of the following 220-602 (IT Technician), 220-603 (Remote Support Technician) or 220-604 (Depot Technician).

 

Prerequisites: Basic computer knowledge, preferably a person who has taken courses in computer science flied.

Audience: Entry-level computer professionals and individuals preparing for the CompTIA A+ exams.

Course Length: 80 hrs

Tuition: $ 1,545.00 (Includes books only)

 

Network +

 

Description: Network + is a course that teaches students the fundamentals of networking. Through hands-on training, students learn the vendor-independent networking skills and concepts that affect all aspects of networking, such as installing and configuring the TCP/IP client.

 

To earn the Network + certification, student must purchase and successfully pass the following exam

Network + Exam 2005: N10-003.

 

Audience: Individuals with A+ certification or equivalent experience and hands-on experience with a network operating system.
Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows NT or Novell NetWare operating systems and knowledge of Windows 2006 new features.

Course Length:  80 hrs.
