	The ITS office offers a vast array of information technology services to enhance the teaching and learning experience at AAMU.

	Anti-Virus Site On-campus users, download your anti-virus software here. Or scan your computer for viruses from on- or off-campus.

	Application Server Citrix Metaframe Application Server allows remote access to Office XP and SPSS.

	Blackboard Learning System (Online Courses) Blackboard currently uses a seperate user name and password than the portal.

	Campus Residential Network (ResNet) ResNet provides Internet connectivity for students with personal computers living in campus residence halls.

	Class Schedules View Class Schedules for the current semester.

	Course Registration System Register for classes online.

	Get New Student ID Get your new student identification number, to be used instead of your SSN.

	Mainframe Login Click here for Mainframe Access


	Phonebook Search Online directory of AAMU phone numbers.

	Student Computer Lab Schedules Hours of operation for campus computer labs.

	Student Information System View your academic data, courses, grades, and payment history online.

	Unofficial Transcripts Unofficial transcript request form for former students. Current students should use the Student Information System to check their academic data.

	Work Order Request Request computer/network service from ITS. AAMU staff and faculty only.

	Work Order Status Check the status of your ITS Work Order. Requires ticket number.

	Work Order Processing ITS office use only.
