FLASHbrief EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

                       

Alabama A&M University is pleased to announce its campus-wide implementation of the FLASHbrief Mass Alert Notification System.

FLASHbrief provides University emergency officials the ability to provide Advisory or Emergency Alerts to connected computers in less than 15 seconds with two (2) distinctive alert tones for levels of notification.  In addition, simultaneous alerts can be sent to cell phones.

FLASHbrief is currently used by schools and cities across the United States and is provided at no charge to students, parents, faculty, and other individuals connected with the University.

STEP 1-EMAIL REGISTRATION-When finished entering email addresses, Click “I have completed registering email(s).

STEP 2-CELL PHONE REGISTRATION-When finished entering cell phone numbers, Click “I have completed registering cell phone (s).

STEP 3-COMPUTER REGISTRATION-Software Link for your Computer

• Click-Download Connection Software and Select-Run

• Continue-Installing Software

• Select-Accept License Agreement

• Click-Install

• Select-FINISH
