North Alabama Connection: Professional Employment Day 2008 The career services offices of Alabama A&M University, Athens State University, Oakwood College, the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and the University of North Alabama work together to attract business, industry, government agencies, and school systems, in order to provide opportunities for students to meet with potential employers. North Alabama Connection: Professional Employment Day (NACPED) will be held in the South Hall of the Von Braun Center in downtown Huntsville on Wednesday, February 20, 2008. Approximately 185 organizations took part in the 2007 event, which included 110 school systems and 75 business, industry, or government organizations. Information regarding employers attending will be made available in January 2008 through the Alabama A&M University MonsterTRAK site.
