Career Week 2007

Career Week will be held October 1-3, 2007. This event encompasses two different events: Career Fair and Interview Day.

 

The Career Fair will be held on Tuesday, October 2, in the Elmore Health Sciences Building from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with a variety of employers displaying information and representatives available to talk with interested students.  On Wednesday October 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Ernest Knight Reception Center, employers will interview (1) sophomores, juniors, and graduate students for cooperative education positions, and (2) graduating students for permanent, full-time positions.

 

Students registered with CDS seeking information about employers and requirements for interviews may sign-up through the Alabama A&M University MonsterTRAK site in mid-September.

 

Employers seeking to register for Career Week 2007 may do so by completing and submitting their registration through MonsterTRAKIf you don’t have a MonsterTRAK account and need to create one, instructions have been provided below. Otherwise proceed to the section in red below.

> Go to http://www2.monstertrak.monster.com/cgi-bin/emp_home.pl
> Click on 'Create New Account' at top right part of screen
> Follow steps to create your account

Once you have completed your profile, follow these steps to register for the Fair:

> Go to http://www.monstertrak.monster.com

> Click on Employers
> Log-in using your username & password

> Click on 'Manage Recruiting Events' from main page

> Click on 'Career Fair Search' (on the second blue navigation bar to the far right)

> Select ’Alabama A&M University’

> Click on the appropriate career fair - ’Career Week 2007’

> Click on 'Make Registration Request (at bottom of screen)

> Once in the system, follow the steps to register for the fair

 

NOTE:  If you have forgotten your username & password, you may call MonsterTRAK at 1-800-999-TRAK or email at employer.itrak@monster.com


Once your registration has been received, your confirmation will be sent via email.  If confirmation is not received within three business days, contact CDS immediately.
